Best Line Supply's default shipping carrier is UPS. Shipping charges vary per item and will be calculated for you automatically online. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Unless otherwise noted all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. 

Expedited Shipping:

Please contact us to confirm if Best Line Supply can accommodate expedited shipping for rush orders.

Please note: "2-Day" and "Next Day" shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our warehouse or fulfillment center.

Tracking Numbers:

You will receive an email the day your order ships with the tracking number for your shipment.

You may receive multiple shipping notification emails if your order is split into more than one shipment. This would be a result of your items shipping from more than one warehouse location. Please note that items that are shipped from multiple locations may not all arrive on the same date.

Shipping Address:

Best Line Supply will only accept shipments to a valid street address. Best Line Supply does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please confirm the address you provided for shipment is correct. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for a shipping address that was entered incorrectly including, but not limited to, shipments delivered to an incorrect address, package delay, or costs associated with resending the item to the correct address.

Tracking information is sometimes unavailable when you first receive your shipping confirmation notice because the shipping carrier has not yet scanned the package. It can take up to two business days for the shipping carrier to collect and scan your package. Before then, shipping information may not be updated, or may appear invalid.

Re-routing order sent to an incorrect address:

Unfortunately, we are not able to change the shipping address on orders once they've been processed or placed into production.

If your order was shipped via UPS, then single errors like incorrect zip-code, state, or city will usually be corrected automatically by their address verification system.

If your order was shipped to a completely different address (such as an old address or your billing address) and it will likely be delivered, then we will need confirmation that the order is being returned to us before we can re-ship your order. In these cases, we would encourage you to place a new order using the correct shipping address so that you may receive your order in a timely manner. Then, you can arrange to refuse the original shipment.

Undeliverable shipments:

If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, the shipping carrier may hold it until the issue can be corrected. Some common reasons for packages being undeliverable are as follows:
